This excellent coffee comes from wild coffee trees from Yirgacheffe in Southern Ethiopia, a region famous for its high quality Arabica coffee with floral and fruit flavors and a vibrant finish. This coffee specifically has many flavors, including roasted nuts, sweet pastry, black pepper, curry, cloves and pear. Be sure to take your time to enjoy this coffee in order to experience its many layers.

Beloya Farmers Cooperative

Farmers from the Beloya Cooperative sort by hand into unripe and overripe cherries. The coffee is depulped and then wet-fermented for 24 to 36 hours. After density sorting, the fermented coffee is washed before being dried 1-2 weeks.
