Authentic Coffee

As an Ethiopian expat living in Germany, Adot's processing and roasting is by far the closest that preserves the authentic Ethiopian way.

Wild Coffee

Our partner Aman Cooperative uses the huge genetic potential of Ethiopian coffee by repeatedly taking cuttings from particularly outstanding wild coffee trees and propagating them in the nurserys (coffee plant nursery gardens).

Our partner

Aman Farmers Cooperative

Founded in 1972 and located in Bench Maji Zone, Aman Cooperative consists of 58 men and 179 women. Large part of the coffee plantation is covered with wild trees and wild coffee bushes. Cultivated areas are laid out in a forest-like manner.
